Weight Room and Fitness Schedule

Our weight room is open for youth aged 16yrs and older.

Youth aged 13 to15 can use the weight room under one of the following conditions:

- Under the supervision of an adult (19+yrs) at all times
- Have successfully completed the  Youth Weight Room Orientation
- Attend during youth hours.  See schedule.


Fitness Classes are open to Youth aged 14yrs and older. Pre registration is mandatory, no drop ins permitted. To view and register for fitness classes, click HERE
