Bylaw No. 3254 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 197 and Development Permit No. 06-23
Purpose: To amend the City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to rezone the property located at 19948 55A Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to the CD91 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate the development of a 6-storey, 126-unit apartment building.
Legal Description: Lot A, Section 3, Township 8, New Westminster District, Plan EPP120331
The proposed bylaw and supporting documents may be viewed from Tuesday, September 12, 2023 to Monday, September 25, 2023 online by clicking: Bylaw 3254, ADP Explanatory Memo, ADP Report, architectural plans, and landscape plans or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, excluding statutory holidays.
