The 2019 property tax notices were mailed on May 18, 2019. If you have not received your tax notice, please contact the Tax Department at 604.514.2808 or firstname.lastname@example.org. All property owners are responsible for payment of property taxes and applicable penalties, regardless of whether or not a tax notice is received.

Al Anderson Memorial Pool, 4949 207 Street
Al Anderson Memorial Pool public swim and youth swim will be cancelled on Friday, June 21 in preparation for the Langley Flipper's Swim Meet that will be happening all day Saturday, June 22 & Sunday, June 23. Pool closures are in place during the two-day event and a thank you public swim will be held on Sunday, June 23 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
Langley Bypass from Glover Road to 56 Avenue
The City has hired a contractor to upgrade and replace the culverts in the area. Construction will begin in July and is expected to be completed in November. Major traffic delays are anticipated during peak times as the roadway will be reduced from four lanes to two lanes. Drivers are encouraged to use alternative routes.

Park Avenue and Douglas Crescent between 204 Avenue and 206 Avenue will be closed from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm for the 25th Annual Community Day Festival.
50 Avenue (Colebrook Road in Surrey)
The City of Surrey will be replacing the Anderson Creek Bridge starting on June 15, 2019 and will extend into November 2019. 50 Avenue (Colebrook Road in Surrey) in Langley City will be closed to through traffic.
203 Street From Fraser Hwy to Logan Ave
The City of Langley will be completing capital works on 203 Street from Fraser Hwy to Logan Ave this summer. Works include new traffic signal at Industrial Ave, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, concrete median and sidewalk repairs and road paving.

In celebration of Community Day’s 25th anniversary, Langley City has expanded the fun-filled, all ages event! On Saturday, June 15 from 11:00am – 7:00pm, Douglas Park will be alive with roaming performers and dynamic entertainment including the international acclaimed Nearly Neil and the Solitary Band, 24 food trucks, over 40 organization providing community information, youth and kids activities, a beer garden, and a delicious concession fundraiser (meals $5 or under) and parking fundraiser from 10:00am – 7:30pm for $5.00 (cash only) in support of Douglas Park Community School.

Penzer Action Park's Parkour Course will be closed on Tuesday, June 4 for maintenance. The City has hired a contractor to pressure wash the entire wooden structure to bring them back to their original state of yellow cedar. We thank you for your patience during this time.
