- Replacement of 200 Street to 203 Street watermain.
- Add a new multi-use path built on the north side of Grade Crescent, between 203 Street and 205 Street. This path will connect the active transportation route on 203 Street with 48 Avenue.
- Conduct a safety study to improve traffic and access to HD Stafford Middle School.
- Pave Grade Crescent from 200 Street to 205 Street (Estimated in 2027)
