Dog Licences

Animal Control Bylaw

Every Langley City dog over 6 months must have a valid licence. As a pet owner, you must buy an annual dog licence per the City's Animal Control Bylaw, 2006, No. 2622.

Dog Licence Due Dates

Dog Licences are payable on January 31 of every year. Dog Licence Renewal Forms are mailed every December to owners of dogs on record, and fees may be paid on or before February 1 at a lower rate. All fees increase effective February 2. Failure to obtain a dog license is a contravention of the City of Langley Animal Control Bylaw, 2006, No. 2622.
