2026 Financial Plan

Langley City’s 2026 Financial Plan outlines how we invest in services, infrastructure, and community priorities.  This year, the City began its 2026 financial planning process in September 2025, which will continue until late 2025 and when City Council will consider adopting the 2026 Financial Plan bylaw.

This year, there will be an earlier adoption of the financial plan than past years, which will allow the City to begin its hiring and tendering processes sooner, and will lead to more competitive quotes and a stronger pool of candidates for various city positions.

Note: Parts of each meeting below may be closed to the public to discuss confidential matters per Section 90 of the Community Charter.
