Timms Community Centre offers a 7,500 square-foot gymnasium, 120-metre (5,000 square-foot) walking/running track, 4,000 square-foot weight room, 2,000 square-foot games room, fitness room, spin bike room, 4 multi-purpose rooms, a community kitchen, café, social lounge spaces and social alcoves, and enclosed outdoor recreation space, bike racks, change rooms, showers, office and community space.
