The Legacy Gazebo at Sendall Gardens is the perfect space to hold small, standing-room only wedding ceremonies of up to 30 people. Picnics and other celebrations are not reservable.
Bookings must be made in advance. Wedding ceremonies are only permitted in the Legacy Gazebo and all ceremonies must be reserved.
The Legacy Gazebo is available to be booked in four-hour blocks:
8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm or 4pm-8pm.
Rental Hours
The Legacy Gazebo is available for rental from April 1 to October 1.
Rules & Guidelines
- All picnic tables and open spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Only the Legacy Gazebo can be reserved for small, standing-room only wedding ceremonies. No bookings or reservations are allowed for any other portion of the park.
- Visitors are encouraged to share facilities and respect others’ right to enjoy the park.
Respect for Park Etiquette
- Large gatherings or events that require exclusive use of space are not permitted.
- Please clean up after yourself and dispose of any waste in provided bins.
- All park policies and bylaws must be followed at all times.
- Accessible public washrooms are available.
- Chairs are not permitted on the grass. Limited chairs may be placed in the Gazebo only.
- Alcohol is not permitted.
- Amplified music is not permitted.
Parking is available in the small parking lot. Please respect the neighbourhood by not parking on private property or blocking driveways.

How to Reserve
To request a Legacy Gazebo reservation, an online request form is required.
The Legacy Gazebo request form will be available to complete and submit on March 2, 2026.
- Requests are not a guarantee of reservation.
- Requests must be at least 10 days in advance.
- Once a request is made, staff will reach out to confirm availability, collect payment, and review insurance requirements.
