What to Expect:
  • The Mayor’s Office reviews all requests based on availability and the order received.
  • A response will be provided within five (5) business days.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee attendance.
  • Please avoid submitting duplicate requests.
     

To ensure enough time for scheduling and review, we ask that all requests be submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of your event date.
