Meeting Date: October 28, 2024 at 3pm - Virtual Meeting FormatPurpose: To adopt the 2025 Permissive Property Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 3292 as noted below.
Notice is given that the City of Langley will be considering property tax exemptions for a term of one year (2025) for the following properties. Estimated taxes are shown for 2025 and for the following two years as required by Section 227 of the Community Charter. If at any time during the exemption period the properties use as charitable, philanthropic, or not of profit purposes cease, their exempt status will be terminated. This bylaw is scheduled for final reading at the City Council Special Meeting to be held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 3pm.
This meeting will be held electronically by Zoom videoconference. The public may observe the proceedings as follows:

- attend in person to observe the electronic meeting on screen from the CKF Boardroom at City Hall.
