Fall Street Banner Program
Applications are now closed. Thank you to all participating artists! Stay tuned for the new street banners coming to Langley City in Fall 2027.
Douglas Park Washroom Building Mural
Applications are now closed. Only artists who submitted an Acknowledgement Letter by October 15, 2026, are eligible to submit their applications by December 10, 2026.
Submission guidelines
- Opportunities are open to artists who meet the eligibility requirements listed in each call.
- Submit only original work that you have permission to share.
- Artwork must be suitable for public display and appropriate for all ages.
- Incomplete or late submissions may not be reviewed.
- The City may contact applicants for more information before making a final decision.
Selection process
- Submissions are reviewed after the application deadline.
- Selection may be based on artistic quality, connection to the opportunity, project fit, available space, timeline, and community benefit.
- The review process may vary depending on the type of opportunity.
- Only selected applicants may be contacted.
- Being selected for one opportunity does not guarantee selection for future opportunities.
