Langley City, B.C. — Langley City is inviting residents to celebrate with neighbours at the City’s 32nd annual Community Day, a free event with live entertainment, family activities, and food vendors on site. It takes place on June 13, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Douglas Park.
“Community Day is a chance for residents to come together and enjoy everything that makes Langley City such a unique, vibrant and connected community,” said Mayor Nathan Pachal. “With entertainment, activities, and opportunities to connect with local organizations, there is something for everyone to enjoy.”
What to expect:
- Live entertainment throughout the day
- Interactive community booths featuring local organizations, programs, and services
- Food and drink vendors on site
- Zipline, returning by popular demand
- Inflatables for families and children
- Firefighter kids challenge, a hands-on community favourite
- Free bike valet service for bikes, scooters, and strollers
Community Day will also support Langley City’s zero waste strategy, with waste stations for garbage, recycling, and organics to help keep recyclable materials and food waste out of the landfill.
Designed as a casual drop-in event, Community Day gives residents the flexibility to stop by at any point throughout the day.
