Langley City, B.C. – Langley City is excited to celebrate the city’s vibrant history, growth, and strong sense of community with Community Day 2025 on Saturday, June 14, 2025. This year’s event is extra special as it marks Langley City’s 70th anniversary, with a full day of community connection in Douglas Park (20550 Douglas Crescent).
On top of free family-friendly activities, live entertainment, a 19+ beer garden, and more, attendees can look forward to:
- Ziplining along Douglas Crescent
- Inflatable obstacle courses
- Two 45-minute Science World demonstrations at 1:00 PM & 3:30 PM
- Inflatable slides, including a 24-foot-tall slide
- 45 community booths (11:00 AM–3:00 PM)
- 24 food trucks
- 19 local vendors

To help support fundraising for Douglas Park Community School programs, there will be parking at Douglas Park Community School for $5 per vehicle as a fundraiser for school programs.

No parking in closure zones — vehicles will be towed
Parking options:
Timms Community Centre (20399 Douglas Crescent) – free parking
- Douglas Park Community School – $5 per vehicle (fundraiser)
Bike Valet: Free storage for bikes, scooters, and strollers – Douglas Park Pickleball courts
