Bylaw No. 3216 – Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 189 and Development Permit No. 05-22
Purpose: To amend City of Langley Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties located at 20121, 20131, 20141, 20151, 20161, 20171 – 53 Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to the CD85 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 5-storey, 93-unit apartment development.
Legal Description: Lots 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, District Lot 305, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 41274
The proposed bylaw, staff reports and project plans may be viewed, from Tuesday, June 28, 2022 to Monday, July 11, 2022 online by clicking: Bylaw 3216; Advisory Design Panel Explanatory Report; Advisory Design Panel Report; Architectural Plans; and Landscape Plans or in person at the Development Services department at City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, excluding statutory holidays.
Comments may be submitted by mail to: Deputy Corporate Officer c/o Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, B.C. V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and should be received by no later than 12:00pm on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
