- Learn the importance of wearing a lifejackets, some important safety features found on lifejackets/PFD's, and the potential consequences of not wearing a lifejacket/PFD.
- Get a clear understanding of "proper fit" - especially for children.
- Get hands-on experience with different types of lifejackets and PFDs.
- Understand the effects of cold water.
