In observance of Remembrance Day, Langley City Hall and the Operations Centre will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Timms Community Centre (20399 Douglas Crescent) will be open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 11.
Regular hours of operation will resume on Wednesday, November 12.

Report non-emergent issues such as potholes, fallen trees, or burnt-out streetlights online through our Request For Service (RFS) platform and get connected to staff quickly and efficiently. Before you submit your RFS, please confirm the location is within City boundaries.
Service requests are assigned to the responsible department during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a reference number. Staff will respond to your request as soon as possible, within business hours.
If this is a public works emergency, please call 604.514.2800 during regular business hours. For emergencies outside of regular business hours, such as a water main break, flood, or critical service disruption, standby operations personnel can be notified through Surrey Fire Dispatch at 604.543.6722.
In the case of injury or immediate danger, please call 911.
