Report a non-emergent issue
If you have a non-emergent issue in Langley City to report, such as potholes, fallen trees, or burnt-out streetlights, submit a Request for Service (RFS) to alert staff of your report quickly.
Service requests are assigned to the responsible department during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Upon submitting your request you will receive a reference number. Staff will respond to your request as soon as possible, within business hours.
If this is a public works emergency, please call 604.514.2800 during regular business hours. For emergencies outside of regular business hours, such as a water main break, flood, or critical service disruption, standby operations personnel can be notified through Surrey Fire Dispatch at 604.543.6722.
In the case of injury or immediate danger, please call 911.
