The 2022 property tax notices were mailed in May 2022. If you have not received your tax notice, please contact the Tax department at 604-514-2809 or taxes@langleycity.ca.
All property owners are responsible for payment of property taxes and applicable penalties, regardless of whether or not a tax notice is received.
Payments of the 2022 property taxes and claiming of the Provincial Homeowner Grant, if applicable, must be made on or before July 4, 2022 to avoid an additional penalty.
Payment options include:
• Online or telephone banking
• Pay in-person at your bank or financial institution
• Send payment by mail
• Pay in-person at City Hall
• After-hours drop box located at the north entrance of City Hall/Timms Community Centre
Starting last year, you now claim your home owner grant with the province at www.gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant.
