Langley City invites community organizations and non-profits from Langley City and our surrounding community to participate in our annual Community Day Festival. All non-profit organizations wishing to participate must submit this application form to be considered; there is no cost for a community booth application. Note: if you are a business looking to participate in this event, please complete the sponsorship application.

We expect approximately 10,000 visitors to join us in Douglas Park on Saturday June 13, 2026. The event will be open to the public from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, however the community booth section will only be open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The planned activities include a variety of family-oriented attractions and demonstrations, dedicated kids activity zones, face painters, food trucks, marketplace, beer garden, and live performances.

2026 Projected Timeline:
- March 8 - Community Booth Application Opens
- May 15 - Application Deadline
- June 13 - Community Day Festival
Note: Applications are reviewed and organizations will be contacted to confirm/deny their participation on an on-going basis.
