Community Day Sponsor Application

Application Deadline: May 5, 2025 at 11:59pm PST 

Langley City invites businesses from Langley City and our surrounding community to participate in our annual Community Day Festival by becoming an event sponsor. All businesses wishing to participate must submit this application form to be considered. 

We expect approximately 10,000 visitors to join us in Douglas Park on Saturday June 14, 2025. The event will be open to the public from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The planned activities include a variety of family-oriented attractions and demonstrations, dedicated kids activity zones, face painters, food trucks, marketplace, beer garden, and live performances.

2025 Projected Timeline:
- April 10 - Sponsorship Application Opens
- May 5 - Application Deadline
- June 14 - Community Day Festival
Note: Applications are reviewed and organizations will be contacted to confirm/deny their participation on an on-going basis.
