In observance of Good Friday and Easter Sunday, Langley City Hall, Douglas Recreation Centre and the Operations Centre will be closed from Friday, April 3, through Monday, April 6, 2026.
Timms Community Centre (20399 Douglas Crescent) will operate on reduced hours:
- Friday, April 3 - 10am to 3pm
- Saturday, April 4 - 8am to 6pm (Youth Night 6pm-9:30pm)
- Sunday, April 5 - 8am to 8pm
- Monday, April 6 - 10am to 3pm
Regular hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, April 7.

Report a Problem
Report non-emergent issues such as potholes, fallen trees, or burnt-out streetlights online through our Request For Service (RFS) platform and get connected to staff quickly and efficiently. Before you submit your RFS, please confirm the location is within City boundaries.
Service requests are assigned to the responsible department during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a reference number. Staff will respond to your request as soon as possible, within business hours.
If this is a public works emergency, please call 604.514.2800 during regular business hours. For emergencies outside of regular business hours, such as a water main break, flood, or critical service disruption, standby operations personnel can be notified through Surrey Fire Dispatch at 604.543.6722.
In the case of injury or immediate danger, please call 911.
