Sport Facility Booking Request

If you are interested in booking a sport tournament or clinic in the City of Langley, please complete the following application form at least four (4) weeks prior to your requested booking date. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible to help us fully understand your request.

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our team. A staff member will then contact you to discuss your request and outline the next steps required to move forward with your booking, if applicable.
