On Thursday, May 7, 2026, Langley City Councillor Delaney Mack served a Petition, filed in the BC Supreme Court, on Langley City Council and the Mayor. The Petition asks the Court, among other things, to review and set aside Council decisions relating to the investigation of three Council Code of Conduct complaints conducted in 2025 and 2026 that involve Councillor Mack as a complainant and a respondent.
On Friday, June 5, 2026, Langley City filed a Response to the Petition with the BC Supreme Court. An electronic copy of Councillor Mack’s Petition and the City’s Response to the Petition can be accessed from Court Services Online with the Ministry of Attorney General website.
As this matter is before the court, Langley City Council and the City will not be commenting at this time. The City will provide timely updates as appropriate.
